My Story

Hello future Investors!!!!! I am Natasha Gilchrist, the founder of Legendary Property Investments, LLC. I am a divorced-single mother of three children. I am a Veteran after 17yrs of combined service Army Reserve, Army, and Navy Reserve. I am from Newark, NJ born to wonderful parents, grandparents and I have 6 siblings in total.

My real estate journey began so many years ago. I have always had a passion for housing, interior design and landscape. I took the Real Estate Course during COVID because I wanted to have something to fall back on if I lost my main source of income. Luckily, I can still earn an income, but I want to provide a service of financial stability, foundation, and responsibility to the masses and I think this is the start to that. 

My vision is to build and provide transitional housing to veteran's, homeless, single-mother's, families in DCF cases and more. Provide them with a safe haven to learn the responsibilities of independence, finances, career, and home. Provide financial seminars and first interview looks, etc. Wholesaling is the foundation to the BIG DREAM! 
 

The inspiration giving to me is from my late grandmother Mary L. Kearse. She cared for everyone whether she had or not and she always provided a home for the family without fail. After her passing my PURPOSE became more prevalent to my life. Let me encourage you with timing is always on time. I brought my house with the hopes of bringing my grandma home with me after her stroke. She never got to see it but I have the means to provide shelter to many when needed at different.
